Wausau Homes of Monroe will break ground, in the near future, with another model, that will be for sale also, at 1806 Otter Creek Drive, in Durand, IL.

All lots are available through the developers for purpose of building single-family homes that are 1600 – 1900 square feet, lots are .30 acres on average with some variation, prices starting from $350,000 – $400,000, and can be semi-customized to fully customized.
