The Durand Village Board of Trustees and Public Works Department would like to extend an invitation to tour the new facility.
A Memorial Tree and Street Name Dedication to honor Mike Sweet, who served as the Public Works Superintendent for nearly 30 years, will begin at 5pm with the open house to follow. With Mike at the helm, Durand was honored with the WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT OF THE YEAR AWARD IN 2008. His dedication, hard work and memory lives on here in Durand and the Public Works Department.
