Chief Jeff Schelling and the officers of the Durand Police Department would like to send out a big “THANK YOU” Tyler Hoffman of Country Financial in Durand for making them aware of a grant offered by Country Financial. The Durand Police Department was awarded $1500 which was used to purchase equipment that is essential for the officers to perform their duties. Chief Schelling extends his gratitude by saying “having the support of all residents and our business partners is a vital partnership for the department to have the resources and equipment it needs to support the departments mission statement to provide services with professionalism and integrity.”
