At the May 9th Village Board meeting the Non-Highway Vehicle Ordinance(UTV/GOLF CARTS ONLY) Passed. We are working through the creation of the application and some other administrative issues. Remember this only allows the operation on Village Streets. This does not include roads owned by the township or county and any road with a speed limit above 35 MPH. We will announce when we start accepting applications and vehicle inspections. Thank you for your patience. Until then, citations will be issued for unpermitted vehicles on Village streets.
