UPDATE: Due to weather, all roadwork has been delayed until next week. Any street repairs required in the Otter Creek Subdivision will be done per the street engineer’s recommendations.
Starting tomorrow, Wednesday, July 30, 2025…
ALL ROADS in the OTTER CREEK SUBDIVISION will be CHIP & SEALED.
1 month later – the street sweeper will come around for any lose rocks still on the road. Then a black FOG SEAL will be applied.
Next week…
The Spelman/Hopper lot on the SE end of the Square will be paved, Striped and parking bumpers installed
The front Saelens Park parking lot will be resurfaced and striped.
