Due to break ground in Spring 2022. The project is intended to address:
* Pedestrian Safety
*ADA Compliance- appropriate access to disabled, physically limited or assistance required residents and guests
*Slow Traffic through the Square
* Drainage
* LED Lighting
*Functional, Aesthetic Appeal
*Encourage improvements to existing Businesses & Properties and Draw new Businesses
The Square Project received the ITEP Grant (80/20) totaling $1,289,560. The largest award to any Municipality within our District ever! The Village also secured the Rural Business Enterprise Grant (50/50) $85,000 that has been used to order the lights, benches and trash receptacles, etc
The ITEP Grant was awarded as a $1.7 Million project
