Chief Schelling Moving On

Chief Jeff Schelling made the announcement to the Village of Durand Staff and Board Members that he will begin a new adventure as the Executive Director of the Northern Illinois Training Board providing testing to Law Enforcement Agencies in Winnebago, Boone & Dekalb counties. It was an opportunity that he couldn’t pass up. He has brought such value to our community. We are grateful to have him for the remainder of his stay here. The new endeavor begins April 1, 2022.
