In light of increased cases of illness and positive COVID-19 cases in the community, the Village Hall door will be locked, as we had in the past. Utilitiy bills can still be mailed, dropped off to the dropbox, paid online on the Village website or in person by appointment. If you are not feeling well, suspect you may be COVID + or need to test for other reasons, IL Shield is providing FREE (saliva) testing at the University of Illinois College of Medicine in Rockford.
