The Village of Durand is proud to announce improvements to our Utility Billing System technology. In addition to the transition from postcards to clearly printed paper bills, Village residents and property owners now have access to VIEW & MANAGE their Utility account via the Utility Portal. Residents now have the ability to opt into PAPERLESS BILLING and/or AUTOPAY, and PAY ONLINE using debit/credit card, ACH and E-check!
Please be sure to check it out at “durandil.ourcommunityconnect.com” or click the Utility Bill Pay logo 
on our home page and sign up! You will need your last bill “amount due” and an email address to sign up. The password MUST contain at least 8 characters, 1 number and 1 special character.
