The March utility bills went out 2 days later than usual. It has come to our attention that many residents still have not received their bill. The postal service has been taking longer to deliver than in the past. The Village has also been made aware that the March invoice is not showing up on the Bill Pay Portal. You are encouraged to set up PAPERLESS billing on your payment portal account to eliminate the need to wait for the mail delivery. Autopay is also an option with a nominal fee of $1 per e-check or 2.65% for debit or credit.
